We have opportunities for both an HR Associate for an entry-level HR career development opportunity and a HR Business Partner with the demonstrated level of HR capability and experience to step into a client-focused, advisory role. About the role Our HR Business Partnering team provides trusted, end-to-end HR advice and support across diverse client group portfolios. Working collaboratively, you'll play a key role in: Supporting leaders to build engaged, high‑performing teams Providing advice across the full employee lifecycle, including employment relations, change management, performance and career development, and generalist HR Contributing to the development and application of HR best practice, policy, and compliance. Depending on your qualifications and experience, you may be considered for either an HR Associate or HR Business partner appointment: HR Associate Early‑career, developing as an HR professional Provides operational HR support and guidance, while building capability Works closely with HR Business Partners on a range of advisory and project work. HR Business Partner Experienced HR advisor operating with greater autonomy A trusted partner to senior leaders, shaping people strategies and outcomes Leads complex advisory, organisational development, and change initiatives You will bring a strong and proven ability to connect with people and build strong client relationships, exercise sound judgement, and contribute positively to a team environment. You will bring a service mindset, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to translate people challenges into practical, fit‑for‑purpose solutions. Appointment will be reflective of salary in the following ranges: HR Associate - Grade 6 ($71,274 - $101,329) and HR Business Partner - Grade 7 ($83,818 - $117,788).
