About the role We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our fabulous team at Highlands Village in Highland Park, Auckland. This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract from 15 th June to 13 th December 2026. This role is a full time, NIGHTSHIFT ROLE working as follows: Monday to Friday 11pm to 7am = 37.5 hrs week (Plus a paid 30-minute meal break) We offer top hourly rates and incredible allowances as well as a great team to work with, in a stunning, modern care facility – apply today to learn more! Some of the great things you will be doing: Clinical assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care. Effective communication and clinical problem-solving skills. Work collaboratively with other team members. Develop and review care plans in consultation with our residents and their families. Provide compassionate and high-level care. About you You pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service to our residents and have empathy for the older person. You also have: Current Practicing Certificate and first aid certificate. Strong nursing experience, aged care - even better! Up to date knowledge of wound care management. Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills. You are also a team player with a caring, respectful manner which is important in our aged care environment.
