Position Overview Parts & Service Advisor – Pacific Toyota, Whakatāne branch. Salary $70,000–$80,000 per year, 7.30am to 5.00pm. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with service bookings and enquiries Prepare repair orders and job cards Liaise with technicians and update customers on vehicle progress Order, source, and supply automotive parts Manage parts inventory and supplier relationships Process invoices and payments Support both the service and parts departments as required Qualifications and Skills Previous automotive industry experience preferred Strong communication and customer‑service skills Excellent organisation and time‑management abilities Ability to multitask in a busy environment Computer confidence and attention to detail Positive attitude and team‑first mentality #J-18808-Ljbffr
