Overview Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher – Te reo Māori Responsibilities Waitākere College is seeking a teacher of Te Reo Māori to join our growing Māori department and bilingual programme. The successful candidate will: Teach Te Reo Māori in secondary schools (Years 7–15). Use technology confidently in teaching. Actively participate in the Professional Development Programme, including Relationship Based Learning (RBL). Involve themselves in extracurricular activities offered at the College. Qualifications Fluency in Te Reo Māori. Experience teaching in New Zealand schools. Ability to work in New Zealand permanently without sponsorship or a job offer. NZ Teaching Certification Registration Number and Category. Specialist in additional subjects (state them). Possible employment-based trainee teacher pathway. #J-18808-Ljbffr
