Build strategic relationships with national accounts, partner to creatively grow the portfolio with solutions that add value to their environment. The role: Enterprise Account Manager Partnering with national based customers across the Education sector, in this role you will build and maintain strategic relationships with their head office and procurement teams. You will develop and hunt out new opportunities to support those businesses and their various sites across the motu, to operate with more ease. Understanding how your customers operate will be key to your success. Build multi-layered relationships within your customers to provide advice and purposeful solutions, representing OfficeMax's entire range to creatively grow our share of wallet, with value-based solutions focusing on growth, retention, and profitability. Bring your partnering approach, hunting eye, and strategic lens to support our Education sector – and be a part of their growth. As Our New Enterprise Account Manager, You Will Be responsible for growth and retention of your customer portfolio Strategically partner with key decision makers to deliver exceptional value for OfficeMax and our customers Build and maintain key relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction Meet or exceed assigned financial targets within customer portfolio Identify and convert sales, margin, and growth opportunities Oversee fulfillment of customer contracts and compliance Formulate and execute business cases for account retention and growth Respond to RFPs and tender requests, including preparing customer presentations To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have Strong business acumen with the ability to secure commercial contracts Expert negotiation management skills At least 5 years of experience in account management roles Ability to identify appropriate market opportunities and proven sales success dealing with multilevel strategic decision makers such as Executive leaders, Boards, and Procurement leads Excellent communication and facilitation skills including formal presentations Confidence using cloud based CRM tools and office applications Previous experience selling into the Education sector would be an added bonus but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
