About the role Reporting to the Senior Manager IBB Operations, you\'ll assist in shaping and executing the operational and strategic agenda across IBB. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, providing leadership across business operations, change and transformation, governance, performance management, risk and remediation. You\'ll work across a broad portfolio of initiatives, helping to drive alignment, prioritisation and execution discipline while supporting senior stakeholders to make informed decisions. You\'ll be instrumental in ensuring IBB delivers on its strategic objectives while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes, operational performance and regulatory obligations. Key responsibilities Leading operational excellence initiatives that improve efficiency, simplify processes and strengthen delivery outcomes across IBB. Driving the implementation of strategic priorities, transformation programmes and business change initiatives. Partnering with senior leaders to translate strategy into prioritised delivery roadmaps and actionable plans. Using business insights and performance data to identify opportunities, risks and trends, and providing recommendations that support decision making. Delivering meaningful governance, reporting and performance narratives for leadership forums. Influencing and collaborating with stakeholders across IBB and the wider bank to align priorities and achieve shared outcomes. Acting as a delegate for the Senior Manager IBB Operations when required, providing continuity of leadership across key initiatives. What you will bring We\'re looking for a commercially minded person who can confidently navigate complexity, build strong relationships and deliver outcomes through influence. Significant experience within financial services, ideally in business, commercial or corporate banking. Demonstrated success in business operations, operational excellence, transformation, strategy execution or business performance roles. Experience leading complex, multi-stream programmes and initiatives involving diverse stakeholder groups. Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of an organisation. Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities, with an ability to translate insights into action. Experience developing executive level reporting, business cases, recommendations and governance materials. A track record of driving change adoption, business readiness and continuous improvement initiatives. The ability to bring structure, prioritisation and clarity to complex business challenges.
