Continuously replenish products, focusing on essentials and fresh food, and ensure high standards for stock quality, rotation, and presentation. Collaborate effectively with the team ("Swarm") for daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness and organisation. Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements. Support daily store operations by assisting customer needs and maintaining strong store presentation. Flexible availability to work between the hours of4:30pm and6:30am. Qualifications Outstanding customer service, consistently focused on maximizing loyalty through personalised support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Integrity and professionalism, with a clear commitment to company values and policies. Detail‑oriented, ensuring accuracy and proactively escalating issues to management.
