We're looking for a digitally‑minded, commercially savvy Digital & Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of our digital presence and help elevate the online customer experience across every touchpoint. This is an exciting (and rare!) opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and delivering exceptional digital experiences across ecommerce, content, and digital marketing. Working closely with our Digital & Design Director, you'll play a key role in driving the continued growth of our ecommerce platform, managing relationships with agency partners, and bringing our world‑class brands to life online. You'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on one of New Zealand's most respected premium luxury retail businesses. What you’ll be doing Drive Our Digital Experience: You'll take ownership of the day‑to‑day management and optimisation of our website and ecommerce platform, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the quality, craftsmanship, and service standards Partridge is known for. Bring Products & Campaigns to Life: From new product launches and supplier collaborations to campaign content and merchandising, you'll help create engaging digital experiences that inspire customers and support sales growth. Partner with Leading Agencies & Global Brands: You'll work alongside web developers, media partners, photographers, and some of the world's most recognised luxury brands to deliver best‑in‑class digital outcomes. Grow Online Performance: Working across SEO, paid media, email marketing, and website optimisation, you'll use data and insights to continually improve traffic, engagement, and online conversions. Own Key Digital Projects: Whether implementing new website functionality, improving the customer journey, or launching digital campaigns, you'll be at the centre of projects that shape the future of our online presence. About You You'll be naturally curious about digital trends, passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences, and excited by the opportunity to work with premium brands. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing, ecommerce, or content‑focused role (agency or in‑house). A strong understanding of digital platforms (Magento 2, Klaviyo or similar ESP, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Storyblok or similar CMS). Excellent written and visual communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and brand alignment. Adobe Creative Suite or Figma experience a plus. Knowledge of Meta and Google advertising Organised, proactive, and curious. Collaborative team player, adept at working in multidisciplinary teams.
