Technical Sales Representative - Longburn

Position Description Reporting into the Regional Head, the Regional Manager will lead diverse teams with specialised expertise across retail, technical sales, sustainable dairying, and farm relationship management—delivering a comprehensive service offering tailored to the needs of our farmers. Your leadership will drive an integrated regional approach for the long-term sustainable growth of milk for the Co-op in the region. As a key connector between our regional teams and Farm Source central teams, you will champion best practices, drive operational excellence, and ensure strong collaboration across teams. Your ability to develop talent, foster engagement, and deliver on performance objectives will be critical in strengthening farmer loyalty and reinforcing the Co‑op’s value. This role also serves as a key succession pathway into the Regional Head position, offering an opportunity to influence the future of our regional strategy while making a lasting impact on our farming communities.
