Job Description
We are looking for motivated retail assistants Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, ensuring consistency and quality in every order. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering queries, and providing product recommendations. Assist customers with sizing, special orders, and after-sales care to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the work area and all equipment used. Efficiently process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges, adhering to company policies. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to handle cash and card transactions, issue receipts, and manage returns or exchanges. Restock shelves, arrange displays, and keep the sales floor clean and well-organised. An ideal applicant should be reliable and have flexible work availability.
