We are in the market for two Plant Operators to join our Manufacturing Team at Napier Works. About the role As a key member of our manufacturing team, you'll ensure the safe, effective operation of the manufacture plant to achieve planned production levels. By keeping the manufacturing plant running at optimum levels – and safely – we're best placed to help our farmers/shareholders, and you're best placed for a rewarding job with great scope for growth. About you Given the work environment and nature of the role, it’s essential you’re physically fit, mechanically minded and safety conscious. Ideally, you’ll be comfortable around running conveyor belts and machinery, but if not, we can provide the training to get you there if you have a positive, can‑do attitude. To be successful in the role, you will ideally: Be flexible in your ability to work alternating shift patterns, including nights and weekends Have manufacturing or process plant experience Enjoy working as part of a team Be physically fit Be mechanically minded Good communication skills Have a reasonable level of computer literacy Full driver’s license Confined space (desirable) For all that you’ll bring, you can expect plenty in return, including: Competitive hourly rate and benefits (5% superannuation, individual medical, life and income protection insurances) Ongoing training and development Mobile plant licenses and endorsements Ravensdown is committed to a drug and alcohol‑free workplace.
