Part time, Fixed term, FTTE up to: 0.6, Start Date: 27/04/2027, End Date: 10/12/2027 (Fixed term to cover staff study leave award) Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher Te reo Māori Whangārei Boys’ High School is seeking a passionate and dynamic Whakairo teacher to join our dedicated team. This is a part-time, fixed-term position for 2027 terms 2 to 4, teaching across a range of year levels. The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic practitioner who engages students through effective teaching practice and contributes positively to our school culture. We are looking for a teacher who: Is committed to raising achievement for boys across all year levels. Builds strong, respectful relationships with students and colleagues. A strong commitment to restorative practices and culturally responsive and relational teaching approaches is essential. Annual remuneration is dependent on qualifications and experience and will range from $62,862 to $105,686 in accordance with the Secondary Teachers' Collective Agreement (STCA).
