About The Role We’re looking for a commercially minded Business Control Manager to partner with our Supply Chain leadership team and help drive strong business performance. This is a key leadership role within Finance, where you’ll lead planning, reporting, and analysis for Supply Chain, while providing clear insights to support strategic decisions. You’ll also lead and develop a small team, helping build capability and deliver high‑quality financial support across the business. What you’ll be doing Partner closely with the Supply Chain Director and leadership team to support decision‑making. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Deliver accurate and timely reporting, including month‑end close. Manage Supply Chain costs and monitor business performance. Identify risks and implement controls and mitigation actions. Provide clear financial insights to support strategy and operations. Lead and develop a team of finance professionals. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process efficiencies. Work cross‑functionally with supply chain, operations, and wider business teams. What you’ll bring CA qualification or degree in accounting, finance, or business. 8–12+ years’ experience in commercial finance, business control, or FP&A. Proven people leadership experience. Strong financial planning, reporting, and analysis capability. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate clearly.
