Roofing Labourers Experience working on roofs? We want to hear from you. Tradestaff Waikato are looking for experienced Roofing Labourers to join a range of projects across the Waikato. We have multiple opportunities available with different clients. Some roles involve assisting roofing crews with the installation of long-run roofing and cladding, while others involve supporting electricians with the installation of commercial rooftop solar systems. If you're confident working at heights, have the right tickets, and enjoy working outdoors as part of a professional crew, we'd like to hear from you. What you'll be doing Depending on the assignment, your duties may include: Assisting with the installation of long-run roofing and wall cladding Supporting electricians installing rooftop solar systems Lifting, positioning and securing roofing materials Using hand and power tools safely Preparing worksites and moving materials Operating a MEWP where required Following site safety procedures and working safely at heights General roofing and construction duties We're looking for people who Have previous experience working within the roofing industry Hold current Working at Heights qualifications Hold a current MEWP qualification Can confidently work at height in a safe manner Can confidently use hand and power tools Are physically fit and comfortable with manual work Have reliable transport Hold a Full NZ Driver LicenceCan pass a drug and alcohol test Have a strong understanding of Health and Safety Are reliable, hardworking and enjoy working as part of a team What's on offer Pay rates of $27 to $32 per hour, depending on experience and assignment Immediate starts available Full-time hours Variety of roofing and solar projects Weekly pay PPE supplied Ongoing support from the Tradestaff team #J-18808-Ljbffr
