About the Company Salt has partnered with a global brand in the coffee and tea industry, known for a broad portfolio of well‑established consumer brands and a strong focus on sustainability and responsible sourcing. About the Role 3Month Temporary Assignment (with potential to extend or go permanent). Location: East Tamaki, NewZealand. Hours: Monday–Friday, 40hours per week. Compensation: $33‑$36 per hour +8% holiday pay (depending on experience). Start date: Starting ASAP. Key Responsibilities Manage customer accounts, collections and overdue debt. Review AR ageing, reconciliations and cash flow performance. Resolve customer queries, disputes and payment issues. Liaise with Sales, Customer Service and Finance stakeholders. Drive process improvements, compliance and strong AR controls. Coordinate with the overseas AR shared services team to resolve issues and align priorities. Who You Are You’re proactive and solutions‑focused, able to solve problems, build strong relationships and work independently. As the sole AR Officer in the NewZealand office, you’ll take ownership of your work and identify opportunities to improve processes, service quality and efficiency. Qualifications 2+ years experience in accounts receivable or credit control. Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, reconciliations, and cash flow management. Experience with SAP and invoicing for products. Intermediate MSExcel skills (e.g., X‑Lookups). Experience working in FMCG or a large commercial organisation. Confident and outgoing, able to build relationships with stakeholders. Additional Information Applicants must be based in Auckland and hold valid working rights.
