About The Role As Commercial Partnerships & National Accounts Manager, you’ll act as a commercial connector across DB and Star, building integrated propositions that unlock growth across venues, stadiums, major events, catering, technology, brand partnerships and selected strategic on-premise key accounts. You’ll look beyond traditional contracts and service lines to identify the bigger ecosystem opportunity — creating joined‑up solutions that combine beverage pourage, hospitality, catering, brand activation and Enzo‑enabled technology into seamless customer and consumer experiences. What you will be doing Developing and converting a high‑value pipeline of commercial partnership opportunities. Managing selected strategic on‑premise key accounts and building trusted customer relationships. Creating integrated DB + Star propositions across beverage, events, catering, hospitality, technology and brand partnerships. Working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Star Hospitality, Events, Catering, Enzo, Finance and Legal to move opportunities from idea to execution. Helping position DB + Star as the partner of choice across venues, stadiums, major events and commercial partnerships. Embedding commercial discipline, clear ownership and strong executional rhythm across partnership opportunities. About You You’ll be a natural relationship builder with strong commercial instincts and the confidence to bring people together around a shared growth agenda. You’ll be comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels — able to see the big picture, build the commercial story and then drive the detail required to make it happen. You may come from commercial partnerships, business development, key account management, events, sponsorship, hospitality, or another commercially focused environment where influencing, negotiation and customer value creation have been central to your success. What You’ll Bring Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering revenue growth. Experience building partnerships, managing key accounts or developing new business opportunities. Confidence influencing across multiple teams and stakeholders. Ability to simplify complexity and turn ideas into clear, compelling propositions.
