Job Description
Northpower is seeking a qualified Line Mechanic to join our Auckland Energy Services team. In this hands‑on role, you will be responsible for the construction and maintenance of Vector's overhead network assets, ensuring the safety, reliability, and connectivity of our network for our customers. Key Responsibilities Install and replace poles, conductors, and associated overhead equipment. Work within a team to deliver high-quality work that meets all industry standards. Develop your skills and knowledge through exposure to new opportunities and formal training programs. About You Essential: Current EWRB Registration. Proven experience in overhead line work. A valid New Zealand Driver Licence (Class 2 licence highly desirable). An unwavering commitment to safety and a positive, can‑do attitude.
