About the Business Unit Business Unit Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. CSIG explores the interactions between users and industries to create innovative solutions for smart industries via technological advancements such as cloud, AI, and network security. While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses. Role Entails Responsibilities Collaborate with customers and partners to ensure successful delivery of Tencent Cloud solutions in the assigned markets and beyond. Understand clients’ needs to develop and implement industrial solutions and relevant cloud product offerings. Provide industry and product technical consulting, solution training, and empowerment for local and regional businesses. Continuously update industrial and product solutions, and work with marketing and business development teams to define and execute Go-to-Market strategies. Create and present solution architecture designs to C-level and senior leaders. Develop and test demos of Tencent Cloud services as needed. Analyze user requirements and collaborate with the product team to drive product strategy to meet business demands. We Look For Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud pre‑sales and solution architecture, with hands‑on experience in developing technical proposals and responding to RFIs/RFPs. In‑depth knowledge of public cloud and containerization; familiarity with private cloud and other virtualization platforms is a plus. General knowledge in Video Streaming, Big Data, AI, and digital transformation. Excellent presentation and communication skills in English. Tencent Cloud Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certifications from other major cloud service providers. TOGAF, PMP, and ITIL certifications are highly advantageous.
