As a Registered Nurse on Surgical Ward 3A, you will provide high quality care to patients across a range of surgical specialties within a fast‑paced, supportive ward. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated and effective care, contributing to positive patient outcomes throughout the surgical journey. Responsibilities Provide high quality patient care in a fast‑paced and supportive ward environment, working closely with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective care. Qualifications Current NZNC registration and Annual Practicing Certificate. Experience in surgical nursing or strong interest in developing within this area. Ability to work rostered shifts across mornings, afternoons, and nights. Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills. Effective communication and teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development, including participation in PDRP and further education.
