Reservation and Transportation Ticket Agent and Travel Clerk Full Time Application Closes 24 Jul 2026 Otago - Queenstown Location: On-site only About the Role We’re seeking a customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences to join our dynamic administration team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests via phone, email, and in person, managing enquiries and reservations with efficiency, accuracy, and care. This is a fast-paced, guest-focused position that demands excellent communication and time management skills. Full weekend availability is essential, as you will work across a variety of shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays. The majority of shifts for this position will be from late morning until evening, with the occasional early start. This position works across three locations, including in-office and customer-facing roles in Queenstown. As a year‑round business, reliability and flexibility are key.
