Working Hours Monday - Friday (42.5 hours per week) + rostered 1/2 day Saturday. Duties include Provide technical support to our trade customers through using their expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge Build effective customer relationships Are superstar sellers and problem solvers, and use up‑to‑date product information and knowledge Are committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role Are safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their teammates. Note Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing. Who we’re looking for Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience Be comfortable sharing knowledge and have the ability to communicate in a technical and non‑technical manner Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently Be available to work and have flexible to work other days if requested Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home.
