Qualifications Experience in dairy farming, feeding or farm management – paired with a customer‑focused, commercial mindset. Strong advisory and communication skills, with the ability to analyse farm data and translate insights into practical actions. Confidence in presenting solutions, negotiating, and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes – both in the field and remotely. Proactive communication skills – able to support farmers, working together across different teams.
