You will work closely with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to keep the job moving safely, efficiently, and to plan. This is a role for someone who enjoys owning outcomes, thinking ahead, and leading teams through complex construction stages. Lead planning and delivery of structural and three waters projects Develop and manage short to medium term programmes and work packs Manage subcontractors, resources, and sequencing to meet programme targets Monitor costs, forecast to complete, and manage task budgets Provide technical guidance and support to Site Engineers and supervisors Maintain strong standards across safety, quality, and environmental controls What You’ll Bring A tertiary qualification in civil engineering or a related discipline Experience as a Project Engineer on structural, bridge projects and three waters Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, temporary works, and construction sequencing Confidence leading engineers, foremen, and subcontractor teamsProven planning, cost control, and risk management capability Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style About Us Brian Perry Civil are specialists in ground engineering and civil construction, delivering some of the most complex and technically challenging projects.
