Overview Permanent, full-time role working 40-hours per week based in our Far North Mental Health and Addictions Service. Specialise in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy while becoming a key clinical leader. Shape service delivery and support tāngata whaiora across Te Tai Tokerau with truly impactful, evidence-based care. Responsibilities As a Speciality Clinical Nurse Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) offers specialist nursing input within a multidisciplinary team, supporting clinical excellence, continuity of care, and culturally responsive practice. This role will provide Dialectical Behaviour Therapy to tāngata whaiora through both individual and group treatment, ensuring equitable, evidence-based care across the Far North. It also contributes to service development through clinical leadership, quality improvement, and support staff to build DBT capability across the wider service.
