A Day in the Life As the Brand & Consumer Activation Manager dedicated to Kérastase in Auckland, you will be the champion of ultimate luxury haircare. You'll connect our prestigious brand with discerning consumers and elite salon professionals, bringing the unique Kérastase experience to life across New Zealand through scientifically advanced products and exceptional service. Luxury Brand Activation: Develop and execute sophisticated activation strategies across online and offline channels to elevate brand desire, drive consumer engagement, and achieve sales targets for Kérastase. Influencer & Advocacy Management: Support our ANZ A&I Managers to develop the end‑to‑end influencer strategy for New Zealand. Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with local influencers and premium content creators to build authentic brand advocacy and visibility within the NZ luxury beauty landscape. Event Operationalization: Act as the local lead for on‑the‑ground execution of brand moments. Partner with ANZ leads to operationalise regional strategies, transforming high‑level concepts into flawlessly executed local events, pop‑ups, and salon experiences that resonate with the New Zealand market. Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales, marketing, and education teams to create a seamless and premium brand journey for both our salon partners and their clients. Partnership Excellence: Cultivate and manage relationships with top‑tier salons, luxury retail partners, and key industry influencers to build powerful brand advocacy and loyalty. Insight‑Driven Performance: Monitor market trends and campaign performance, using data‑driven insights to refine your strategy, optimise ROI, and solidify Kérastase’s leadership in luxury haircare. We Are Looking For You are a creative and strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep appreciation for the luxury market. You thrive on bringing prestigious brands to life and are ready to make a significant impact. Proven experience in brand activation, preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment. Expertise in influencer marketing, with a strong pulse on the New Zealand creator economy and a track record of managing impactful social advocacy campaigns. Operational excellence, with a "hands‑on" approach to event management and the ability to deploy complex local activations in support of a broader ANZ regional strategy. A strong consumer‑centric mindset, with an innate understanding of the luxury customer and their journey. Excellent project management skills to flawlessly execute high‑end events and campaigns from conception through to local deployment. Strong analytical skills and experience with data‑driven decision‑making. Exceptional stakeholder management abilities to collaborate and influence across local and regional (ANZ) teams.
