We're seeking a Strategic Consultant who can step into a client environment, quickly understand the real issues our clients are facing and bring clarity, structure and direction to complex business challenges, helping turn insight into commercially valuable outcomes. About the role In this directive consulting role, you’ll work as part of the delivery team, leading end-to-end client engagements from early discovery through to delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape and direct thinking, challenge assumptions, bring clarity, and ensure what we deliver creates real impact. A key part of the role is diagnosing the root of the problem, not just responding to what’s been asked. You’ll also play a vital role in growing client relationships, identifying opportunities, challenging thinking, and helping clients see what’s possible. This role suits someone who enjoys working with a high degree of autonomy, is comfortable with ambiguity, and takes ownership of outcomes.
