About the Role The Digital Change Lead operates at a delivery level, responsible for the tactical implementation of change and representing the Prevention and Immunisation change management strategy. The role works closely with NPHS, Digital Services people leads, key stakeholders, and business units to ensure the effective delivery, implementation, and adoption of digital change initiatives. This includes aligning change activities to business objectives and people-centred change practices, ensuring organisational readiness and supporting a smooth transition for impacted stakeholders. The focus is on embedding sustainable change and achieving the intended outcomes and benefits. You're able to think, plan, and act in order to connect with people. You are a great communicator who brings people on the journey with you. Skills and Experience Minimum 4-5 years' experience leading technology change management, with a proven track record of delivering change initiatives in complex environments involving technology systems and processes. Stakeholder engagement and communications/training planning and coordination, with strong writing, oral presentation and facilitation skills. Working knowledge of digital systems and data concepts, with the ability to bridge between technical teams and business users. Self-managed, organised and driven to meet commitments and deliver results that matter. Ability to quickly build and maintain constructive and effective relationships. A willingness to adapt and lead in the change space. Experience with change management methodologies and tools, such as ADKAR and Proscior similar models. A passion for getting things done and bringing people together.
