Responsibilities Draw on Te Whāriki to plan and guide the educational journey of each child. Celebrate the magic of learning by capturing and sharing high-quality assessments so every child's progress can be celebrated. Maintain a safe, beautiful environment where child wellbeing is the priority. Qualifications Mōu A recognised New Zealand ECE or Primary teaching qualification with current NZ registration. Warm communication style and ability to build strong relationships. Proactive spirit and integrity to act in ways that are fair and ethical. Passion for the NZ national curriculum and a drive to share fresh, creative ideas. Confidence using digital tools to document learning and stay connected with families.
