Vehicle Return Agent – Overview Our busy Wellington Airport location is looking for a Vehicle Return Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. Permanent, Part-Time position – 20 hours per week Wellington Airport based Large international company with opportunities for internal movement Entry level – training provided Supportive, friendly and caring culture About The Role You, as our Vehicle Return Agent, will be responsible for ensuring that rental vehicles are returned in a timely and orderly manner, greeting customers upon their arrival at our rental location and assisting with the check‑in of the renter’s vehicle. You will also conduct vehicle inspections and prepare the vehicle for the next rental. From time to time, you may provide assistance with directions and travel information, and resolve customer complaints and issues. Key Responsibilities Help expedite the rental car return process with exceptional customer service. Assess vehicles for any potential new damages and report them as per our vehicle damage procedure. Review returned vehicle gas levels and car kilometers, accurately inputting them into our hand‑held devices when needed. Qualifications Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and deliver exceptional customer service. Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards. Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information.
