(pro‑ra‑ta). Stable Schedule: Enjoy a stable Monday – Friday schedule, with 8‑hour shifts falling between an 11:00 AM start and a 9:00 PM finish. Comprehensive Training: Dedicated, fully paid training period of approximately 4 weeks (working Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM). Key Responsibilities First Impressions: Be the friendly voice on the phone, answering inbound queries and managing digital cases for a diverse community of professionals. Outbound Engagement: Participate in proactive outbound calling programmes following call centre processes to boost engagement. Teamwork: Work closely with your colleagues and collaborate with other departments to achieve the best outcomes for members.
