Drive Thru Team Member – Mitre 10 MEGA Prestons Mitre 10 MEGA Prestons is continuing to grow, and we're looking for an experienced Drive Thru Team Member to join our team. If you're an experienced forklift operator, have a good understanding of building supplies, and enjoy providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you. As a Drive Thru Team Member, you'll be the face of our Drive Thru, assisting both trade and DIY customers with their purchases. From timber and landscaping products to concrete and building materials, you'll ensure every customer receives efficient, friendly service while maintaining a safe and well‑organised yard. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to both trade and retail customers Accurately pick and load customer orders Safely operate forklifts and other yard equipment Process POS transactions and trade account sales Maintain a clean, organised and safe Drive Thru and yard Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management Work collaboratively with the team What We're Looking For A current forklift licence and proven forklift operating experience A solid understanding of building supplies and landscaping products Previous retail or customer service experience (building supplies or trade retail experience would be an advantage) Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers A strong commitment to health and safety Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Reliable, hardworking and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment What's in it for you At Mitre 10 MEGA Prestons, we're building more than a great store—we're building a great team.
