Work in a true Business Analyst role focused on business processes and integrations Exposure to SAP ECC today and EWM transformation ahead Join a stable, growing healthcare logistics business The Role Based in the Auckland Airport vicinity, this is a mid-level business-facing Business Analyst role focused on understanding how Healthcare Logistics operates and ensuring changes to systems and integrations support those processes effectively. A key part of the role is working on principal integrations — understanding how orders, inventory, and financial data move between HCL and its customers, and ensuring those flows align with business requirements. You’ll work closely with operations, commercial teams, and IT to define what the business needs, document how processes should work, and validate that delivered changes meet expectations. This role is about understanding the business and ensuring the right outcomes — not designing or building technical solutions. What You Will Do Identify and clearly define business problems and improvement opportunities. Map current (As-Is) processes and highlight inefficiencies or risks. Define future (To-Be) processes aligned to HCL service offerings. Analyse integrations and data flows from a business perspective (e.g. IDocs, EDI, interfaces). Capture clear, structured business requirements. Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Work with stakeholders and IT to ensure delivered changes meet business needs. Must have Experience as a Business Analyst, with strong experience in process mapping, requirements definition, and UAT. Strong process mapping and requirements skills (As-Is / To-Be). Ability to understand how systems and integrations support business processes. Experience supporting or coordinating UAT. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Nice to have Exposure to SAP, ERP, or warehouse systems. Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational environments. Exposure to integrations (e.g. IDocs, EDI, interfaces) at a business level.
