This role suits experienced trainers who are comfortable stepping in, adapting to different environments, and delivering high-quality training from day one. What you’ll bring Proven experience delivering First Aid and/or H&S training Current New Zealand Resuscitation Council Emergency Care Instructor (ECI) Certificate (required for First Aid delivery) Current Pre-Hospital Emergency Care (PHEC) certificate Strong facilitation and communication skills Confidence managing groups and adjusting delivery style as needed Availability for contract work, including occasional short-notice bookings Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel Experience delivering training in Heights, Confined Space, MEWP, scaffolding or hazardous substances A background in construction, manufacturing, emergency services or similar is ideal, especially for those bringing a wealth of practical, real-world experience.
