As a Ward Administration Officer, you will be carrying out a wide range of administrative and reception duties and providing essential support for other staff members within the team to keep the hospital functioning effectively, including but are not limited to:* Providing effective reception services – answering incoming calls, welcoming visitors to the Service* Management of patient records/information, both electronically and in hard copy, data base maintenance and ordering supplies.* Supporting the wider service with administration tasksPlease note, our administration staff hours fall between 07:30am – 07:30pm across Monday to Sunday on a two-week rotational roster.
