About the role As a Cyclic Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading crews and coordinating day-to-day maintenance activities to ensure our network is safe, compliant, and well-maintained. This is a hands‑on leadership role where planning, people leadership, and delivery all come together. What you’ll be doing Leading and supervising cyclic maintenance crews Planning and coordinating scheduled maintenance works Ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to contract standards Monitoring quality, productivity, and performance on‑site Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Supporting a positive team culture aligned with HEB values What you’ll bring Previous experience in road maintenance or civil construction (supervisory experience preferred) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide crews Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental practices Good planning, problem‑solving, and communication skills A practical, hands‑on approach and a commitment to getting the job done right Why HEB?
