Job Description
Position Overview Leader of Literacy and Student Learning Data will be responsible for strategic oversight, coordination, and implementation of standardised testing for years 7‑10 across the College. The role builds staff confidence in analysingand using evidence to inform practice, develops evidence‑based improvement strategies aligned with the instructional model, and supports measurable gains in literacy achievement. Responsibilities Strategic oversight of standardised testing across the College Coordinate implementation of NAPLAN and Progressive Achievement Testing (PAT) Analyze student learning data to inform practice Develop evidence‑based improvement strategies aligned with the instructional model Build staff confidence in data analysis and use Qualifications & Requirements Registered teacher in Victoria or able to gain registration prior to commencement Experience in literacy education and data‑driven instruction Strong analytical and collaborative skills Commitment to inclusive education and child protection procedures Benefits & Conditions Position starts 27 January 2027 for a three‑year term with an ongoing teaching appointment.
