We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for our Performance Concept Store in Customs St, Auckland, NZ on a PART-TIME basis. Please note this role includes select weekdays and weekends so candidates must have weekend availability. Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals. Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment. Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge. Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock to floor process. Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance. Qualifications Experience in the following will be highly regarded: Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear Visual Merchandising Stockroom Procedures Please note applicants must have permanent legal rights to work in Australia or New Zealand.
