Overview Join a company where people matter. Hynds is looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our branch team — providing great service, expert product advice, and keeping our branch running at its best. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'\'ll support customers with sales and product advice, handle branch admin, and help manage stock and yard operations — all while keeping safety front of mind. What You'll Be Doing Provide sales support and build strong customer relationships Handle invoicing, credits, banking, and other admin tasks Develop expert product knowledge to advise and problem-solve Manage stock levels, stocktakes, and correct product coding Operate a forklift and support general yard/site duties Keep the branch clean, tidy, and safe About You Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, accountable, and detail-focused A team player who thrives under pressure Comfortable lifting/moving items up to 20kg Full NZ Class 1 licence with F endorsement (preferred) Product knowledge or ability to learn quickly Why Hynds?
