Location Lower Hutt Contract 1.0 FTE, permanent About the Role The Central Region Eating Disorder Service (CREDS) is looking for a dynamic, energetic Support Worker to join our unique multi‑disciplinary team. In this residential care setting based in Lower Hutt, you will prepare dietitian‑led meals for vulnerable clients and support them on their journey to wellness. Salary is $61,000 - $77,000, depending on experience, qualifications and skillset. About the Team / Service / Location CREDS offers treatment and therapy services to individuals with eating disorders as part of the Mental Health, Addictions and Intellectual Disability Service (MHAID) operated by the Wairarapa, Hutt Valley and Capital and Coast District Health Boards. We provide a full range of specialist services in the greater Wellington area, including nutritional counselling, outpatient therapy, psycho‑social education, a 6‑bed residential care facility and a 7am‑7pm therapeutic Day Programme.
