Job Description Lumino Otaki & Waikanae are seeking a friendly and reliable Casual Receptionist to support across our two practices during busy periods, staff leave, and future locum coverage. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Welcoming patients and creating a warm, positive first impression Answering phone enquiries and coordinating appointments Managing general reception and administrative tasks Providing support to the clinical team as required From time to time, there may be an opportunity for the successful candidate to receive training as a Dental Assistant to help support the clinical team during particularly busy periods.
