Role Overview We are looking for two experienced retailers to join our team at Mount, in the position of Section Manager. Location & Schedule Tauranga Crossing. Part Time. Two roles available: Friday and Saturday 8:30 am – 6 pm, and Sunday and Monday 8:30 am – 6 pm. Availability for public holidays required. Responsibilities Lead a high‑performance sales team, fostering a positive culture. Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Qualifications Experience in a retail or similar environment. Key‑holder experience preferred. Natural leadership qualities and ability to motivate others.
