Support tamariki to feel safe, confident, and free to explore. Keep the day steady and child‑centred across the centre. Qualifications and Experience Registered or unregistered kaiako with a genuine heart for nurturing, caring for, and supporting tamariki. Adaptable, quick to pick up new routines, and happy to help where needed most. Able to remain anchored under pressure and enjoy being part of a professional, supportive culture.
