Maintenance Coordinator Part‑time position located in Christchurch, Canterbury. Application closes on 07 Aug 2026. About Our Role Join our dedicated team at Harewood Road in Papanui, Christchurch. In this role you will manage the general upkeep of the care home, undertaking preventive maintenance, building repairs, and maintaining the exterior and grounds. You’ll collaborate closely with the Care Home Manager to ensure the highest safety standards for residents. Your Skills and Experience Experience with general maintenance, painting, plumbing, or minor carpentry (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to work both as part of a team and independently. Strong communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills. Empathy and a genuine love for helping people, with excellent customer‑service mindset.
