Operations Support - Whakatipu Transport

RealNZ is seeking a versatile and organised individual to step into a permanent, full‑time hybrid role combining Team Leadership of our Coach Cleaning operations with broader Operations Support across our Whakatipu transport network. What You'll Be Doing In this unique position, you'll play a key part in both supporting day‑to‑day transport operations and ensuring our fleet is presented to the highest standard for every guest experience. As Coach Cleaning Team Lead, you'll be directly responsible for managing and leading the coach cleaning team, setting the standard for cleanliness and presentation across our fleet. You'll oversee scheduling, quality control, and the day‑to‑day running of cleaning operations to ensure every guest boards a vehicle that reflects the RealNZ experience. In the Operations Support side of the role, you'll assist leaders from the Whakatipu, Fiordland, and Mountain Experiences with their transport requirements. This includes assisting with the day‑to‑day coordination of general coach operations, logistical planning, and rostering – ensuring safe, efficient, and friendly service for all guests across the wider Whakatipu transport team. What are we looking for? Experience in operations and rostering with strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations Hosting and guiding experience Weekend Warrior – willingness to work weekends What do you get from this?
