This role is part of the CAA’s People Partnering Team, responsible for delivering HR advice and support within a regulatory environment. About the role As an Advisor, People, you will support leaders across the organisation by delivering high‑quality, pragmatic HR advice in areas such as employment relations, performance management and recruitment. You will help ensure a seamless people experience and contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices. Key Responsibilities Provide timely, best‑practice HR advice and support across a broad range of functions Partner with leaders to help them navigate people matters with confidence Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the organisation Collaborate within the People and Capability team to deliver customer‑focused outcomes What You'll Bring Experience providing trusted HR advice to leaders across a broad range of people matters Good understanding of NewZealand employment law and ability to provide guidance to people leaders Sound knowledge of HR best practice across the full range of HR functions Experience coaching and supporting leaders, focused on delivering valuable solutions Ability to prioritise effectively, manage competing demands and adapt to change Location & Salary Permanent position based in Wellington. Salary band: ¢83,600 to ¢102,302 (starting salaries based on knowledge, skills and experience).
