Job Description Lumino Glenfield is currently looking for an experienced Receptionist for a fixed‑term MAT leave cover from 27 July 2026 to 26 March 2027, working 5 days a week during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This is a fast‑paced role where no two days are the same. We require an experienced receptionist, ideally with experience within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities Greet patients in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner. Respond to patient e‑mails and queries. Process payments and book appointments. Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems. Qualifications Previous receptionist experience is a must, ideally within the medical industry. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in using computer software applications. Experience with file keeping and data entry. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
