Working closely with the Processing, Maintenance and Metallurgical teams, you'll help maximise plant performance while ensuring environmental compliance, product quality and safe operating practices. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor concentrate handling and tailings systems Monitor pumps, pipelines, thickeners and filtration equipment Conduct routine plant inspections and identify operational issues Monitor process performance and make operational adjustments Assist with plant start-ups, shutdowns and maintenance activities Maintain accurate production and operational records Ensure compliance with environmental, operational and safety standards Work collaboratively with Processing, Maintenance and Metallurgical teams Perform routine housekeeping and equipment inspections Promote a positive safety culture across the operation About You Previous experience in a mineral processing, process plant or heavy industrial environment Experience operating concentrate handling, filtration, tailings or water management systems is highly regarded Sound understanding of processing plant operations and safe work practices Current Driver Licence Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental performanceGood communication and teamwork skills A proactive attitude and commitment to operational excellence Desirable Previous experience within underground gold or metalliferous mining operations Experience with concentrate filtration, thickening, tailings disposal or slurry pumping systems Current First Aid Certificate Loader, forklift or other mobile plant licences Additional mining or process plant qualifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
