We are currently seeking an intermediate level Quantity Surveyor to join our high‑performing project team, based from a central Auckland location. This role will initially work across projects in both North and South Auckland, as part of a national team. Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in large‑scale projects, a strong eye for detail, and be a proactive team player. Responsibilities Work closely with other members of the QS team to manage financial performance, cash flow and construction project changes Assisting with preparing and finalising tender submissions Building and maintaining professional and reciprocal relationships with clients, sub‑contractors, consultants and key stakeholders In conjunction with the QS team control and manage the project profit margins and maintaining positive cash flows Produce supporting documentation and accurate reporting around project financial performances Skills And Experience Required Minimum 5+ years relevant industry experience in quantity surveying Recognised and relevant professional QS qualification Proven problem solving ability and good decision making skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Previous commercial construction experience is desirable Ability to build good rapport and relationships What We Offer Competitive salary Parking provided A central Auckland office location with exposure to projects across the region Emphasis on work/life balance and personal development.
