Job Description

Sleep Coach – Retail Customer Service. Location: Hamilton, NZ. Full time Monday–Friday, with rotating Saturday roster required. About the Role As a Sleep Coach, you will be the face of Resmed in our Hamilton retail clinic, delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and supporting customers on their individual sleep‑health journeys. Your Day‑to‑Day Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalised sleep solutions. Recommend products and services that improve sleep quality and help achieve sales targets. Maintain high store and clinic standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and stock management. Develop strong product knowledge through training and staying up‑to‑date with Resmed’s sleep solutions. Build lasting customer relationships through follow‑up, progress checks, and ongoing support. Complete POS transactions, cash handling, and general administrative tasks accurately. Assist with the care, checking, and maintenance of trial and demonstration equipment. Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Participate in a rotating Saturday roster as required. What We're Looking For Retail or customer service experience (minimum 2years preferred). A sales‑focused mindset with a passion for achieving targets. Strong communication skills—friendly, confident, and empathetic. High attention to detail across service, merchandising, and administration. Comfortable using technology and POS systems (Salesforce or Shopify experience is a bonus). Healthcare, pharmacy, or wellness experience is desirable but not essential.
