SPCA Auckland is seeking an Employment Relations Consultant (People Relations Consultant) on a fixed-term, part-time basis. The role is 20 hours per week with flexible hours and hybrid options, ideally based in Auckland. You will advise leaders on performance, misconduct, investigations, and policy guidance to ensure compliant, practical, people-focused outcomes.
